WELDCLASS FORCE 395MST PULSE PACKAGE
Weldclass FORCE 395MST Pulse: MIG / Pulse MIG / Stick / TIG Welder with Separate Wire Feeder
Part numbers: WC-395MSTK1 (standard package) | WC-395MSTK2 (toolbox trolley package)
The Weldclass FORCE 395MST Pulse is a 400A, 415V three-phase multi-process welder for heavy fabrication, structural steel and production work. It delivers 400A at a 60% duty cycle and 310A at 100%. It welds MIG, single-pulse and double-pulse MIG, DC TIG and Stick (MMA), with synergic or manual MIG control. It comes with a separate SWF106 wire feeder on a 10m interconnecting lead set, so the feeder can travel around large jobs while the power source stays put. Its wire range runs from 0.6mm to 1.6mm, and it takes 5kg or 15kg spools. Weldclass backs it with a warranty of up to 7 years when registered. The FORCE 395MST is also sold as the Weldforce 395MST.
Built for Heavy Steel and Production Welding
The 395MST is made for workshops that weld thick plate, structural sections and long production runs. At a 100% duty cycle it still delivers 310A, which is enough to run 1.2mm and 1.6mm wire for long stretches without stopping to cool down. The interconnecting cables use 50mm² cable, so the full 400A reaches the wire feeder rather than being lost along a long lead. That matters when the feeder is 10m away from the machine on a large fabrication.
Pulse and Double-Pulse MIG
Pulse MIG gives you more control over heat input. It means less spatter, better penetration control on thinner material and an easier time out of position. Double pulse adds a second, slower pulse on top of the first. This gives a stacked-dime weld appearance and keeps heat input low on aluminium (using the optional spool gun) and stainless. The machine also lets you adjust arc length, double-pulse frequency and balance to fine-tune the arc.
Key Features
400A @ 60% duty cycle: Genuine heavy-duty output for structural, mining and heavy fabrication work.
Synergic or manual MIG: In synergic mode you enter the material type and thickness, and the machine sets the parameters. You can switch to manual for full control.
Separate SWF106 wire feeder: Comes with a long 10m lead set so the feeder can travel around the job, plus a short set for when the feeder sits on top of the power source.
Geared 4-roll wire drive: Feeds wire consistently from 0.6mm up to 1.6mm.
Job save: Stores up to 20 custom setups, so you can switch quickly between jobs or between operators.
Full MIG adjustment: Inductance, soft-start, burnback, pre-gas and post-gas time, 2T/4T trigger modes and spot/stitch timer.
Stick (MMA): Adjustable hot-start and arc-force for reliable arc starts and a stable arc.
DC TIG: Trigger and remote amperage control on the torch, adjustable slope-up and post-gas time.
Spool gun ready: Connect the optional BZL25 spool gun to feed soft aluminium wire.
Generator compatible: Runs on a generator of at least 35 kVA.

Frequently Asked Questions
What power supply does the FORCE 395MST need?
It runs on 415V three-phase power and comes with a 32A plug. It can also run from a generator of at least 35 kVA.
What is the duty cycle of the Weldclass FORCE 395MST?
It delivers 400A at a 60% duty cycle and 310A at 100%, measured at 40 °C.
Does the FORCE 395MST do double pulse MIG?
Yes. It offers both single-pulse and double-pulse MIG. You can adjust arc length, and in double pulse you can also adjust frequency and balance.
Can the FORCE 395MST weld aluminium?
