UNIMIG ENVY CUT 45 AIR Plasma Cutter with Built-In Compressor
The UNIMIG ENVY CUT 45 AIR is a 45A, 240V single-phase plasma cutter with its own air compressor built in. You don’t need a separate compressor, so you can cut anywhere you have a 15A power point or a 10 kVA generator. It makes 20 mm clean cuts and 25 mm severance cuts in mild steel. It also cuts stainless, aluminium and copper, and has modes for solid plate, perforated material and gouging. It has a CNC interface for table cutting and is covered by UNIMIG’s 5-year warranty. It suits fabricators, maintenance crews, farm workshops and mobile trades who need one portable machine for site work and the shop floor.
One Machine, No Compressor Required
Most plasma cutters need a clean, dry, regulated air supply from a separate compressor. That means extra gear to carry to site, a hose run and an air filter to maintain. The ENVY CUT 45 AIR has its own compressor and a digital air pressure regulator built in. The machine sets the correct pressure automatically for whichever cutting mode you choose. You plug it in, select a program and start cutting.

Pilot arc start: The arc strikes without touching the workpiece. This lets you start on painted, rusty or greasy surfaces and on uneven or curved work, and it reduces wear on consumables.
CNC connectivity: You can connect a CNC torch and run the machine on a cutting table for repeatable, automated cuts.
Job memory: You can save up to 100 custom cut settings and recall them later.
2T/4T trigger modes: In 2T you hold the trigger to cut. In 4T you press once to start and once to stop, which is more comfortable on long cuts.
Air test function: Lets you check the air pressure before you cut.
Power Factor Correction (PFC): Makes better use of the power supply, compensates for voltage fluctuations and runs reliably on a generator.
Smart Fan: The cooling fan runs only when it’s needed. This reduces noise and power use, and draws less dust into the machine.
