Overview

The BT Weld / Tecmen FreFlow Gas Filter (A1B1E1K1) is a replacement gas filter cartridge for the Freflow PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) system, protecting against organic vapours, inorganic and acid gases, and ammonia. It's the filter to reach for when welding or grinding galvanised or coated metals, or working in confined spaces where gas and chemical toxins may be present alongside weld fume — situations where particulate filtration alone isn't enough.

It's designed as a quick-swap cartridge for the iEXP TM1000 and iMux TM16 Freflow PAPR units, and is used together with a pre-filter and particle filter for full respiratory protection against both gases and airborne particulates.
