Pferd CC grind solid clamping flange for 100mm grinders M10. The
clamping flange and M10 clamping nut is used with either Steel or
Stainless steel CC grind solid discs.
With this backing pad, CC-GRIND® grinding discs can be used on commercially available angle grinders.
The geometry of the cooling slits ensures high air flow. This significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the tool.
The clamping flange reduces vibration by approx 50% as well as keeping the disc cool with its unique air flow cooling effect. Noise is also reduced by around 50%.
Multiple discs can be used before the backing pad needs replacing.
