MB36 MIG Torch – 4m, 360A, Binzel-Compatible
An MB36-pattern MIG torch in a 4m length with a black handle, rated to 360A on mixed gases at a 60% duty cycle. It's built to the industry-standard MB36 geometry, so it fits a standard Euro connection and runs the same contact tips, tip holders, gas diffusers and nozzles as any other MB36-style torch in your workshop.
This is an aftermarket torch, not an Abicor Binzel product. What it offers is the MB36 form factor and consumable compatibility at a fraction of the cost of the genuine article — which makes it a sensible buy in three situations:
- As a spare. Torches get dropped, run over and melted. A second one on the shelf means a damaged torch doesn't stop the job while you wait on a replacement.
- For intermittent use. If a machine only gets fired up occasionally, the cost of a premium torch is hard to justify.

Will it fit my welder?

Do standard MB36 consumables fit?
Yes — that's the main reason to buy a pattern torch. Contact tips, tip holders, diffusers and nozzles are all standard MB36 pattern, so if you already stock them for another torch, nothing changes.
Why is it 360A when the genuine Binzel MB 36 is 320A?
Ratings from different manufacturers aren't always measured the same way. This one is quoted at 360A on mixed gases at 60% duty; the Binzel is quoted at 320A CO2 / 290A mixed at the same duty cycle. Treat them as not directly comparable, and if you're working near the top of the range, ask us before ordering.
How does it compare to the genuine Binzel?
The Binzel has a lighter cable assembly, a better handle, longer consumable life and a full supported spare parts chain. This one has the MB36 fit and a much lower price. Choose based on how hard the torch will work.
Should I get the 3m or the 4m?
4m is the usual pick for general fabrication — enough reach to move around a job, still short enough to feed reliably. The 3m is the better choice if you're welding close to the machine or running soft wire.
