The Binzel MB EVO PRO 36 is a 320 amp air-cooled MIG/MAG torch with a Euro (KZ-2) central connector, built for daily fabrication and production welding with 0.8–1.2mm wire. It's rated at 320A on CO2 and 290A on mixed gases at a 60% duty cycle, with technical data stated to EN 60974-7. This 4m version (part no. 014.0530.1) is the middle length in the range and the most common choice on the shop floor, giving you reach around a jig or a larger fabrication without the feeding compromises of a 5m lead.

What separates the EVO PRO from a standard MB 36 is weight and handling. Binzel's BIKOX® LW cable assembly is up to 34% lighter than the conventional cable, which matters more the longer the lead gets — the extra metre on a standard cable is weight you carry all shift. The two-component handle has a tapered profile, repositioned trigger and ball-joint cable support so the torch stays balanced overhead and out of position. The internal geometry keeps the grip cooler under load without giving up mechanical strength, and the fittings are built more robustly than the previous generation with extra room inside the handle for servicing.

It runs the proven MB 36 wear parts (tips, tip holders, gas diffusers and nozzles), so if you already stock MB 36 consumables, nothing changes.

What amperage is the Binzel MB EVO PRO 36 rated to?
320A with CO2 and 290A with mixed shielding gases, both at a 60% duty cycle. The rating is the same across all three lead lengths.

Should I get the 3m, 4m or 5m?
4m is the usual pick for general fabrication — enough reach to move around a job without dragging the machine, but still short enough to feed reliably. Go to 3m if you're welding close to the machine or running soft wire like aluminium, and 5m only if you genuinely need the reach.

Does a longer lead affect wire feeding?
It can. Every extra metre adds friction in the liner, which matters most with soft or small-diameter wire. At 4m with 0.8–1.2mm steel wire you shouldn't have issues, provided the liner is the right size, trimmed correctly and kept clean.

Will it fit my welder?
It has a standard Euro connection, so it fits most Euro-style MIG machines and wire feeders, including Kemppi, Fronius, UNIMIG, CIGWELD, WIA and Lincoln units with a Euro outlet. Check that your machine's output suits a 320A-class torch.

Is this torch water-cooled?
