The Mobiflex™ 200-M is a portable, low vacuum/high volume filtration system built for medium-duty extraction and filtration of metal arc welding fumes — well suited to facilities that need fume extraction across multiple locations rather than one continuous high-volume production line.

How it works
An on-board internal extraction fan — designed specifically for weld applications — draws fume through the arm and internal spark arrestor, then through the unique LongLife® filter cartridge. Particulate is collected on the inside of the cartridge, which minimises operator exposure to particulate during filter maintenance and disposal — a key difference from the 400-MS's self-cleaning, outside-collection design. Recommended filter life is approximately 680 kg of MIG wire or 500 kg of stick/flux-cored wire before replacement.
