This Lincoln Dual Maverick 450 is an ex-demonstration unit available now from QWS. It has been recently serviced, comes with a 12-month warranty and all original documentation, and is ready to ship immediately. It is the same dual-operator diesel welder/generator as a new unit. Two operators can each weld at up to 225A, or one operator can weld and gouge at up to 450A at 100% duty cycle. It is powered by a 26.4 hp Perkins® 403D-11 water-cooled diesel engine.

Two welders, one machine to maintain
Running two operators from one engine means one machine to transport, fuel, service and tag. For contractors and hire fleets, one Dual Maverick replaces two single-operator machines on site. It is quieter than earlier models, running at 69 dBA at low idle (measured at 7 m), and variable RPM with auto start/stop reduces fuel use when nobody is welding.
