The Kemppi SuperSnake GTX GAS 10m Package (P400GTX) is a synchronized MIG/MAG sub-feeder system that extends the effective welding reach to 10 metres from the primary wire feeder using a 50mm² gas-cooled cable package. It is designed for applications where a standard torch cable falls short of the work — shipyard compartments, structural steel at height, vessel interiors, and plant maintenance environments — while maintaining full wire feeding consistency and arc quality throughout.
The GTX motor drive unit provides a compact, quick-release twin-drive secondary feed mechanism at the torch end, synchronized with the primary wire feeder for smooth, consistent wire delivery. The package includes the SuperSnake GTX motor drive unit, 10m gas-cooled 50mm² cable, and the metal protection cage as standard.
Compatible with X5 FastMig wire feeders (with SuperSnake Kit X5 Feeder X5702030000 installed) and Master M 353, 355, and 358 machines in gas-cooled configurations.

On-Hand Parameter Adjustment The SuperSnake GTX user interface allows the welder to adjust wire feed speed and voltage, or switch between AUTO (synergic) and manual modes, directly at the work location — without returning to the primary wire feeder.
Clear LED Digital Display Clear meter display in all light conditions shows welding voltage, amperage, wire feed speed, process, and polarity at the torch end. Data is retained for approximately 30 seconds post-weld for parameter review.
Metal Protection Cage — Included The metal cage combines, secures, and supports the cable package, connectors, and torch. It can also be used to suspend the SuperSnake above the work area and enables safe crane lifting with a 4-leg hoist strap.
Safety Isolation Switch ON/OFF safety switch prevents accidental arc activation with the primary machine powered on — essential for confined space, shipyard, and elevated welding applications.
Wire Inch and Gas Test Buttons Dedicated wire inch and gas test functions allow setup and verification at the work location without requiring a second operator at the primary feeder.
Standard Euro Gun Connector Accepts any standard Euro-connected MIG/MAG torch — no proprietary connector required.
