KEMPER PROFIMASTER TWIN 3M FLEX ARM

by KEMPER
Part No: KP-60.653.DA101

Kemper ProfiMaster Mobile Fume Extractor

The Kemper ProfiMaster is a mobile, trolley-mounted fume extractor built for medium-to-heavy-duty use — the step up from an entry-level mobile unit, aimed at workshops doing frequent MIG/MAG welding, general fabrication and structural steel work where volumes of fume and dust are genuinely significant. Being mobile rather than wall-fixed, it goes wherever the job is, which suits fabrication shops without a single fixed welding bay.

Extraction is rated at 1100–1400 m³/h depending on configuration, filtering through a 17 m² two-stage filter cassette (main filter plus pre-filter) at above 99% separation efficiency. The 360°-rotating exhaust hood needs minimal repositioning as the welder moves around the piece, and the arm holds its position without extra support. A twin-arm ProfiMaster is also available for two simultaneous work points, with independent dampers on each arm.

Available arm configurations: single arm in 2m, 3m or 4m lengths, or twin-arm (2 x 4m); flexible arm as standard. Available in 110V, 240V and 415V.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the ProfiMaster suitable for stainless steel welding? Yes, it carries W3/IFA approval for high-alloy steel fume in addition to mild steel and aluminium.

What's the difference between ProfiMaster and SmartFil? ProfiMaster has a larger 17 m² filter and higher extraction capacity, aimed at more frequent, heavier fume loads. SmartFil has a bigger filter surface (25 m²) but is pitched at regular rather than heavy-duty use — SmartFil suits general fabrication workshops, ProfiMaster suits shops running structural or heavier MIG/MAG work more constantly.

Can I get a twin-arm ProfiMaster for two welders? Yes, the twin-arm ProfiMaster (2 x 4m arms) allows two welders to work from the one filter unit, each with independently adjustable extraction.
