KEMPER MAXIFIL STATIONARY WALL 4M ARM

by KEMPER
Part No: KP-65.850.102

Kemper MaxiFil Stationary Wall-Mounted Extraction Unit

The Kemper MaxiFil Stationary is a wall-mounted fume extractor built for regular, medium-duty welding use — a step below the continuous-duty Cartridge Filter unit, but still IFA W3-certified for high-alloy steel. It runs a large 42 m² safe-change filter cassette, meaning when the filter does need replacing, it comes out without exposing the operator to trapped dust — a genuine safety difference from open storage filters.

At 1000 m³/h extraction capacity and a flow-optimised, 360°-rotating exhaust hood that Kemper rates as roughly 40% more effective than a standard round hood, the MaxiFil is built to stay out of the welder's way while still pulling fume at the source. Being wall-mounted, it saves floor space in bays where a mobile trolley unit would be in the way.

Available arm configurations: 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m, 6m or 7m, in flexible or rigid metal-tube arm styles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the MaxiFil suitable for stainless steel welding fume? Yes — it carries W3/IFA certification, the approval level required for capturing carcinogenic fume from high-alloy/stainless steel welding, in addition to standard mild steel fume.

How often does the filter need changing? That depends on hours run and the material being welded, but the 42 m² filter surface gives it a longer service interval than most entry-level wall units, and the safe-change design means the swap doesn't expose the operator to accumulated dust.

Do I need three-phase power for this unit? Yes, the MaxiFil Stationary runs on 3-phase 400V supply — worth checking bay power availability before ordering.
