ALLCLEAR FP1200 DOWNDRAFT WITH FIXTURE POINT TABLE TOP 1200

Part No: WFP12T116

ALLCLEAR® FP Series Downdraft Fixture Point Table

Downdraft Fixture-Point Table for Clamping, Jigging & Robotic Welding

The ALLCLEAR® FP Series is a range of downdraft fixture-point welding tables designed to keep fumes out of the work zone without getting in the way of the job. Unlike solutions that rely on overhead hoods or hoses, the FP Series extracts fumes and grinding dust downwards at the source, leaving the tabletop completely free for clamping, jigging, fixturing, cobots, and robotic welding setups.

Powered by a variable-speed 3-phase motor delivering up to 2,300m³/hr airflow, the FP Series provides strong, consistent extraction across the full working area. A cleanable, reusable M-Class filter (>99% filtration efficiency) captures fine particulate, while an internal spark deflector plate protects the filter from sparks, extending its service life and reducing fire risk. A large dust collection tray supports high-volume, continuous use in busy fabrication environments.

Built to work alongside globally recognised fixture-point welding table systems, the ALLCLEAR® FP is supplied compatible with these platforms, making it a straightforward fit for workshops already using — or planning to use — fixture-point tooling. Despite its heavy-duty build, the table remains mobile, so it can be relocated to wherever the work is happening.

Available Models & Sizes

The FP Series is built around one downdraft base unit, available in four table-top sizes to suit different workpiece dimensions and workshop layouts. Each size is also available as a base unit only, for workshops that want to fit their own fixture-point table top.

Best Suited For

The FP Series is designed for fabrication shops using fixture-point tooling, jigging setups, cobots, and robotic welding cells, where full, unobstructed tabletop access is essential. It is best suited to welding and grinding applications.

Use of the FP Series in standard configuration is not recommended for frequent or medium-to-heavy oxy or plasma cutting without appropriate modifications for hot material/dross management — contact Weldclass for cutting-specific solutions. The FP Series is not recommended for gouging processes.

Power plug is not included and must be fitted by a qualified electrician, matching the 415V phase rotation wiring of the installation site (phase rotation wiring can vary between facilities).

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a fixture-point downdraft table used for? A fixture-point downdraft table extracts welding and grinding fume downward through the table surface while leaving the tabletop free of overhead hoods, hoses, or obstructions — allowing clamps, jigs, fixtures, cobots, and robotic welding arms to access the workpiece from any angle.

Is the ALLCLEAR FP Series compatible with existing fixture-point table systems? Yes. The FP Series is supplied compatible with globally known/used fixture-point welding table brands, making it a fitting solution for workshops already using compatible fixturing and tooling systems.

Can the FP Series be used with robotic or cobot welding setups? Yes. The downdraft extraction design leaves the tabletop completely unobstructed, giving robotic arms and cobots full access to the work surface without interference from overhead extraction hoods or hoses.

What power supply does the FP Series need? The FP Series runs on 415V 3-phase power and requires a 5-pin plug rated 10A or higher. The plug is not included and should be fitted by a qualified electrician, as phase rotation wiring can vary between facilities.

Is the FP Series suitable for plasma or oxy cutting? The FP Series in its standard configuration is not recommended for frequent or medium-to-heavy oxy or plasma cutting without appropriate modifications for hot material and dross management. Contact Weldclass for cutting-specific solutions.

Is the FP Series suitable for gouging? No. ALLCLEAR FP Series tables are not recommended for gouging processes.

What type of filter does the FP Series use? The FP Series uses a cleanable, reusable M-Class filter with greater than 99% filtration efficiency, protected by an internal spark deflector plate that extends filter life and reduces fire risk.

How is the FP Series different from the TA400 or TA500? The FP Series is purpose-built for fixture-point tooling, jigging, and robotic/cobot welding setups, with a design that keeps the tabletop fully clear for access from any angle. The TA400 and TA500 are general-purpose heavy-duty downdraft (and, for the TA500, backdraft) tables better suited to manual welding, grinding, and cutting work.

What sizes does the ALLCLEAR FP Series come in? The FP Series is available in four table-top sizes: FP1200 (1200 x 1200mm), FP1500 (1500 x 1000mm), FP2400 (2400 x 1200mm), and FP3000 (3000 x 1500mm), each built around the same downdraft base unit.

Can I buy the FP Series base unit without a table top? Yes. Each FP Series size is available as a base unit only, for workshops that want to fit their own compatible fixture-point table top, as well as with a matching ALLCLEAR table top included.
