Is this suitable for direct welding fume capture at the source?
No — like ITM's other ventilator sets, this is a general-purpose, whole-space ventilation unit for dilution or confined-space air movement, not a targeted, at-source LEV device. For direct capture at the weld, a fume extraction arm is the better fit.
How does this compare to the larger ITM ventilator sets (400mm–600mm)?
The 300mm is the lightest and most compact in the range, suited to smaller spaces — larger diameters (400mm, 500mm, 600mm) deliver higher flow rates for bigger workshops or bays but come with more weight and cost.
Does it come with ducting?
