MB25 MIG Torch – 3m, 200A, Binzel-Compatible 

An MB25-pattern MIG torch in a 3m length with a black handle, rated to 200A. It's built to the industry-standard MB25 geometry, so it fits a standard Euro connection and runs the same contact tips, tip holders, gas diffusers and nozzles as any other MB25-style torch in your workshop.

This is an aftermarket torch, not an Abicor Binzel product. What it offers is the MB25 form factor and consumable compatibility at a fraction of the cost of the genuine article — which makes it a sensible buy in three situations:

• As a spare. Torches get dropped, run over and melted. A second one on the shelf means a damaged torch doesn't stop the job while you wait on a replacement.
• For intermittent use. If a machine only gets fired up occasionally, the cost of a premium torch is hard to justify.

Will it fit my welder?
It uses the standard Euro connection found on most MIG machines and wire feeders, including UNIMIG, CIGWELD, WIA, Kemppi, Fronius and Lincoln units with a Euro outlet.

What size machine suits an MB25 torch?
Machines in the 180–250A range, which covers most single-phase workshop MIGs. If your machine runs higher than that, or you're welding heavy section all day, step up to an MB36-pattern torch.

Do standard MB25 consumables fit?
Yes — that's the main reason to buy a pattern torch. Contact tips, tip holders, diffusers and nozzles are all standard MB25 pattern, so if you already stock them for another torch, nothing changes.

Do MB36 consumables fit this torch?
No. The MB25 and MB36 use different nozzle sizes and contact tip threads. Order MB25 parts specifically.
