Hypertherm SmartSYNC Cartridge 85 A — Mechanized Cutting
The 85 A Mechanized Cutting Cartridge is engineered to deliver peak production performance on CNC plasma tables cutting 10–16 mm (3/8″–5/8″) plate. Matching the cartridge to the workpiece thickness is critical — cutting outside this optimal range reduces arc speed and cut quality. Unlike the 65 A mechanized cartridge, this one also supports handheld torch use with standoff, giving Powermax85 and 105 SYNC® operators added flexibility across both table and standoff hand-cutting applications.
