The WELDMAX Fume Extraction Unit (415V, 9-Cartridge configuration) is a high-efficiency, low-noise horizontal cartridge filter unit engineered to capture and filter welding fumes, coarse and fine dust, and light chip particulate at the source. It's a true plug & play system — a single electrical connection is all that's needed for immediate operation — built for continuous-duty use in busy fabrication shops, welding bays, and metalworking facilities.

Air is drawn into a pre-chamber where the bulk of coarse dust and heavier particulate is separated out and dropped into the first collection bin. The remaining fine particulate then passes through the horizontal M-class polyester cartridge bank, which is cleaned automatically by a compressed-air pulse-jet system, before being expelled through the high-performance fan on top of the unit. The finest residual dust settles into a second collection bin for easy, low-mess disposal.
