PLYMOTH MF-ECO EXTRACTION ARM SUIT MF ECO P-540 3MT X 160MM
Plymoth WF-Eco Wall-Mounted Filtered Extraction Unit
Overview
The Plymoth WF-Eco is a wall-mounted air filtration unit built for heavy-duty welding smoke and fine grinding dust extraction. Mounting directly to the wall, it keeps floor space clear while giving a compact, self-contained solution for at-source local exhaust ventilation (LEV) in industrial workshops, fabrication plants and maintenance bays.
Fitted with a 3-metre retractable extraction arm (160mm diameter), the P-169 captures airborne contaminants right at the source — before fumes reach the operator's breathing zone. Supporting compliance with AS/NZS ISO 21904 and Australia's tightened welding fume Workplace Exposure Standards (WES), it's a practical engineering control for reducing worker exposure to weld fume and fine dust.
Key features
- 0.75kW, 240V, 1-phase motor — runs on standard workshop power
- High-efficiency cartridge filter, trapping up to 99.9% of fine dust and hazardous particles, with purified air recirculated back into the facility to minimise heating and cooling loss
- Jet Pulse cleaning system — built-in compressed air cleaning that automatically clears the cartridge, maintaining consistent suction and extending filter life
- 3-metre retractable extraction arm, 160mm diameter, mounted to the underside of the unit for a full range of motion
- Direct wall-bracket mounting — keeps floor areas unobstructed

Frequently asked questions:
Does the P-169 need to be ducted outside? No — filtered air is recirculated back into the facility, minimising heat and cooling loss compared with systems ducted outdoors.
How is the filter cleaned? The built-in Jet Pulse system uses compressed air to automatically clear the cartridge, maintaining suction power and extending the time between filter changes.
What power supply does the P-169 need? Standard 240V, 1-phase power — suited to typical workshop electrical connections.
Does the extraction arm come with the unit? Yes — the P-169 includes a 3-metre, 160mm diameter retractable extraction arm, mounted to the underside of the unit.
